What this notice covers

This notice explains how Family Glide handles information collected on this website before the app launches. The app is not available yet and will have its own privacy notice.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your preferred language, the device type you choose (if any), the version of this notice you agreed to, and when you signed up.

We don’t ask for or store any information about your children. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.

To prevent abuse, our server keeps your IP address in memory for up to 15 minutes. It is not saved to the database or to logs.

How we use it

Only to tell you about Family Glide’s launch and early access, in the language you chose, and to understand which devices to prioritize. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

Where it’s stored and for how long

Information is stored on servers in the United States (New York region). We keep your sign-up until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask to see or delete your information by writing to [email protected].

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we’ll update the version and date on this page. We’ll ask for your consent again before using your information in a new way.
